I've fallen in love with these gorgeous ebony tip needles.  I bought myself a set and did some swatching with them.  I've been knitting for over 50 years now and have never liked wooden needles.  Usually the tips are too round and don't really work well with all types of yarn.  these needles have pointed tips and are absolutely perfect for all kinds of fiber content including the yarns with a looser twist to them.
