Suri Alpaca Silk

75% Baby Suri Alpaca 25% Mulberry Silk

This super soft Suri has a mulberry silk core and together they make a lovely yarn to dye and knit with.  Silk is not only one of the strongest fibers there is but also adds a beautiful sheen to the yarn.  Even though its makes a great substitute for a lace weight mohair silk yarn, its much softer.  This base also has impressive yardage at 459 yards per 50g skein.
